This “Policy” therefore also applies to any environment through which we interact with our customers and request personal data from them, such as e-mail or postal mail and telephone.

This privacy policy, in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, describes the processing, management and purpose for which the personal data of persons requesting Pearl of Arabia to prepare one or more quotations and/or contracting a trip are obtained and processed.

Pearl of Arabia will process the personal data provided by its customers mainly to manage the preparation of the requested travel budget and, if accepted, to provide the contracted services. If you have contracted a service with our company and consequently you are our client, we may use your data additionally with the purpose of sending you by e-mail promotional information of the company in relation to similar services to those that you have contracted and/or information related to them.

The sending of information about the activity of the company finds its legitimacy in the legitimate interest of Pearl of Arabia, responsible for the treatment, the customer may at any time express their opposition to this type of treatment without in any case the exercise of this right conditions the maintenance or termination of the contractual relationship that binds you to the company.

When the customer expressly agrees to receive commercial and advertising communications, Pearl of Arabia treats the data for this purpose, through the development of a commercial profile based on the information provided and through automated processing, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditions the execution of the contract or the provision of services that could have been hired. The legitimacy of the treatment will be based on the express consent of the customer, who may, however, revoke it at any time.

When the customer provides photographs of their trips and authorizes their publication on the website or Social Networks of the entity, Pearl of Arabia will process the data for that purpose, which will keep them published until it is decided a modification of the contents of such networks or WEB, the customer may at any time express their opposition to this type of treatment. The legitimacy of the treatment will be based on the express consent of the customer, who may revoke it at any time.

  1. What personal data do we collect?

We collect those data necessary for the management of the requested service, in particular:

Identification data: Name and surname, data from supporting documents (NIF/Passport), date of birth, nationality, family data, address, telephone, e-mail.

Economic, financial and insurance data.

  1. To whom may we disclose personal data?

It may be necessary to transfer personal data to third parties that provide services associated with the contract, both for its formalization and for its management and execution, such as, for example: medical services, contracting insurance policies. We also inform that we share the data of our customers with third party processors of Pearl of Arabia that perform functions on our behalf (including commercial agents, external consultants and professional advisors, accountants, auditors, IT providers that develop our technology systems or ensure their security and other processors) when the proper provision of the service requires access to the personal data of our Client, with whom in any case and to ensure the security of such data, Pearl of Arabia will sign the corresponding contract regulating the obligations of each of these processors. In all cases Pearl of Arabia assumes responsibility for the personal information provided to us by our customers, and we ask those companies with whom we share such personal information to apply the same level of information protection as we do. Likewise, this personal information will be available to the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts and other competent authorities for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.
